"JAMAEE" service from EMS is a new addition to its distinctive services package. It has been designed specifically for sending the documents of the students for admission, to all public universities for free. EMS is the unique in providing this service to facilitate students to send their required documents to the university smoothly, through the post offices throughout Saudi Kingdom.
In order to facilitate the proceedings of sending documents, below are the steps to be followed by the student to send the required documents through post offices:

The Requirements of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals:
- Dates of sending documents are from18 to 20 Rajab 1429.
- A copy of the national identity card (Civil Status ID) with bringing the original for matching with the copy in the Express Mail office.
- Marks original certificate from the high or secondary school (Natural Sciences).
- Good conduct certificate from the school.
- Five recent colored photographs size 4 × 6 cm (white background).
- The Model of documents delivery to EMS office printed from the site of the university.
- As additional step to King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, the student request from the Post Office employee to provide him with E1 model to fill his address, and in the field of the address of the addressee, and attaching this document in his file, so that the university can send him the admission notification of the university later to the written address after his admission to the university.
The Requirements of King Saud University (Benin):
- The printed delivering model of universities admission documents, from the site of the university, explaining the basic information about the student.
- The original of Secondary Certificate and 4 stamped copies.
- Two copies of the Civil Status ID.

- Express mail begins accepting students by on Tuesday (4/8/1429 e) and ends on Wednesday (26/8/1429 e).

Demanding from the post employee the necessary paperwork file of "JAMAEE" service to put the documents inside.
The delivery of the file to the employee to ensure of the student's data, then the employee enters the file into plastic package, which is coated for the service, and entering the printed admission model from the site of the university in the pocket side of the envelope. This procedure is to protect the proper documentation of the student from being damaged.
The employee finishes the procedures of receiving and hands over the student the receipt statement of the documents to the student, to can follow-up his documents until its arrival to the University through Express Mail website (www.ems.com.sa) .
