"JAMAEE" service from EMS is a new addition to its distinctive package of services. It has been designed specifically for sending the students admission documents to all public universities for free. EMS is unique in providing this service allowing students to send the required documents to the university smoothly and easily through the offices of Saudi Post, located in all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This service is a national project, Express Mail in association with Saudi universities provides an inclusive service to the community, according to accurate and organized mechanism, through this service the EMS and the university exchange their roles between themselves, where EMS plays the role of acceptance of students’ documents, after their admission to the university from all regions of the Kingdom and deliver it to University.

Service Features
For male and female student:

1. Easing the burden of the male or female student and the student or his/her guardian from travel, accommodation and moving.
2. The student can provide his admission documents to any University through the post office in his city/town, without having to move between cities to review universities.
3. The service contributes in giving the student an opportunity to re-evaluate his options of study, by taking advantage of the admission stages of acceptance to universities or the additional admission periods, which have been announced later for some universities.
4. Safe-Keeping and transportation of documents.
5. Following-up the transaction on Internet through Express Mail website  www.sp.com.sa   by contacting customer service on the 9200 01144 number 24/7.
   

For University:

1. Once the University joins the Service, the university gets nearly 300 offices of admission which have about 1300 employees, who are working on behalf of the staff of admission of the university.
2. Elimination of overcrowding and congestion of male and female students in universities, inside offices and buildings of university.
3. Increasing the completion rate of the Admission employee at the university, who deals only with the student's file and his documents away from the student, and therefore decreasing time spent in checking documents.
4. Pressure of university expenses resulting from the use of a large team of staff to receive the students, as well as another feminist team to receive female students.
5. Increasing rates of acceptance with the university (per seat) because and through the exchange of information automatically between the university and Express Mail, university can offer the seat for admission more than once, depending on the daily reports sent to university from the Express Mail.

1. Bring the necessary documents for admission during the specified periods in the table below, and through the EMS offices set in the table in the bottom of the page.
2. Go to one of the postal offices.
3. Request from the post employee the necessary paper file of JAMAEE service to put the documents inside him.
4. Deliver the paper file to the employee to make sure of the documents of the student, then employee enter the file in the plastic envelope of the service, and enter the printed delivery form from the university website in the side pocket of the envelope, and take the other copy of the form after stamping it by the post employee as receipt of delivery from the student.
5. The student has to make sure of having a copy of his documents ,to stop requesting copies of the university in the future.
6. If the file included within the instructions of the required documents,  these instructions are only belong to King Saud University and the common admission of female students, while the rest of the universities have slightly different instructions, so the requirements have been explained below by each university to facilitate the subject.
7. The employee finalizes all receipt procedures, and deliver the student the receipt of his documents to the make him trace his documents till its arrival to the University through the Express Mail website on internet (www.ems.com.sa).
