• Internal Mail: Transferring mail at one location between its different departments.
• Local Branches Mail: Transferring mail between a companies various branches within the Kingdom both inside and outside the city in which the Head-Quarters is based.
• Local Mail: Transferring mail from multiple departments within the Company to authorities outside the Kingdom.
• International Mail: Mail belonging to the Chairman or executive administrators to be sent internationally. Personal mail can be classified separately. Accounts for this type of mail can also be classified financially.
• Personal Mail: This applies to the mail of the Head of Department or executive managers.
• Group Mail: This is for sending large quantities of mail to various destinations for example magazines, brochures ... etc. Once the mail is batched, sorted and processed it is passed to the Postal Service to be delivered.
