Saudi Post Foundation created a number of electronic services and solutions; The most important of these solutions is the electronic payment service;, through which the customer can pay fees and subscriptions to various services, through a multiple electronic channels.

The institution is working to provide all postal facilities, to be close to the customers needs; and to facilitate them the trouble of going to post offices; as well as delivery of government services; so is not required to audit the other government departments; where customers will be able through this service, to pay all wages; in easily and guarantee manner; which weighs of client satisfaction; instead of paying these amounts by hand.
The electronic payment service is to pay for postal services and various subscriptions; through multiple electronic channels; using credit cards prior payment; or payment through (Sadad).
It is that service is an important link to complete the infrastructure which is necessary to support the basic directions of the institution; in providing solutions for e-commerce; and e-government.

The link with (Sadad) as an authority links the billed authorities and banks; in the collection of amounts, and transferring it from the accounts of clients to the billed authorities; the actual operation of the electronic payment service was through (Sadad)in date 24/2/2008 m; approved 17/2/1429 e.

Steps of making payments for postal services using ATM :

1.Select 'Bill Payment' from the main list, select 'Saudi Post' from the list of service providers, if it doesn’t exist in the list select 'Others' and enter (021)

2.Select the service you need to pay for

3.Next, it will request you to enter the account number (9 digits). You can get this number from any bill you have received from Saudi Post.

4.Finally, you will get payment confirmation message.
