2. Attach the expired driving license.
3. Attach a conformed copy of your valid ID card [Civil Status for Saudi nationals, and residence permit (Iqama) for foreigner residents).
4. Attach a medical optical consultation.
5. Two personal photos of size 6 × 4 cm.
6. Attach a bank payment voucher of driving license renewal charges.
