In addition to the current communication with customers through SMS messages, by reminding them with their registrations expiry dates, or identifiying the situation of their mails and communicating with them with every new, as our postal services can be requested through SMS messages.
Post Mobile service is a new method of communication between us and our customers in order to facilitate the accession to the postal services.There is no need to subscribe to Post Mobile Service ,that it is available to every one. |

- Track and Trace for Express Mail : is a service of inquiring about the last situation of the dispatch to follow up and trace its track. This service before was available through the website and the free phone number, but now it is available through SMS messages also.
- Track and Trace for Postal Parcels: the service lets you trace the postal parcels, by entry the postal parcel number.
- Wasel Pickup Service : is the service of requesting to receive the exported mails of Wasel, so as soon as you put your mail item in its particular place in your Wasel box, you can send an SMS message for picking, and you will receive an SMS message informs you that your request is received ,and also when it picked and when it delivered. This service before was available through the website or the free phone number, but now it is available through the SMS messages also.
- Query for Amount of the Invoice Service: the service lets you know the amount of your bill number with your subscription number.
- Query on Subscription Service: the service allows you to know information about your subscription , by entry the subscription No.
- Query on Address Service: the service lets you to know the address ,by entry your building number.
- Activating and Stopping Wasel Services: allows you to activate and stop Wasel services, by entry the building number. Wasel services are: (Sader Wasel or Wasel Pickup - P.O.Box Transfer - Temporary SafeKeeping - Delivery with E-Stamp - Temporary Forwarding).
