To facilitate the task of pilgrims, citizens and residents and all Muslims in all countries of the world of performing this act of Al Hajj, Saudi Postal Corporation has sought to provide this service through its post offices, which spread in all areas of the Kingdom, and also through the e- portal of the institution, of which the Customer can benefit from any location has internet.
This new service is considered a new addition to the services provided by the Saudi Post to its clients, in accordance with the institution's plans, to increase the provided services to its customers, and diversifying these services with maintaining its high quality standards, in the belief that customer satisfaction must be very aware.

• "Udhiya"
   Name refers to  the slaughtering of cows, camels and sheep on the day of sacrifice (Al-Adha), and this is a confirmed Sunna of the prophet of Allah – Allah's prayer and peace be upon him - to the pilgrim and the others of Muslims, on specific days of the three days of-Al-Adha, whether in Mecca or elsewhere for the present and passengers.
• "Al-Hadiy" 
  The meaning of "Hadiy" is what is to be given to Allah in Mecca - I mean -The Holy Mosque – of what is to be massacred, to close to Allah -. "Al-Hadiy" may be in specific days, I mean in "Al-Adha" days and the following days, or in any day of the year in "Al-Umrah", because "Al-Hadiy" is desirable in "Al-Umrah", also desirable and duty in Al-hajj, for "Al-Moqtaren" and "Al-Motamata" of pilgrims and also includes the due of blood on "Alehram". 
• "Fidyah" 
   "Fidyah" is a due on the pilgrim and "Almoatamer", if he left any of duties in pilgrimage or "Al-Umrah", or if he did anything of "Alehram" taboos, and the ritual slaughter be in Mecca at any time of the year.
•  "Sadaqah" 
  "Sadaqah" is a volunteering ritual, which can be played by the pilgrim or others, by his own choice, if for no reason associated with the pilgrimage, so it can be performed anywhere, at any time in the year.

• "Al-Hadiy and Al-Adahiee" service in Saudi Postal Corporation, operates as an agent of pilgrims and Muslims, that buyers through post offices  and Saudi post e-portal can delegate Saudi Postal Corporation through the notice of the Islamic Bank of Development and the Committee of Al-Adahiee project together or one of them, with purchasing the required slaughter and the use of its meat and its distribution to its deservers.
• Saudi Postal Corporation will meet the customer need with the required ritual, through immediate notification represents the Islamic Bank of Development and the Committee of benefit from Al-Adahiee, through automatic integration and depositing its value in the bank account.
• Pure Islamic law allowed Muslims to entrust of what they recognizes of persons of competence in the performance of the slaughter ritual, whether "Hadiy", or "Fidyah", or "Sadaqah", or "Udhiya", and the agent shall perform what is required for legacy side, So an agreement between Saudi Postal Corporation and the Islamic Bank of Development to provide this service through Saudi Post offices.
• The implementation of Al-Nahr ritual and legal rituals of Pilgrimage sold through Post through attorney of Saudi Islamic Bank and the Committee of the project of taking advantage of "Al-Hadiy" and "Udhiya", whose membership includes Scholars of Islamic Legislation, who act as pilgrims' agents in purchasing, slaughtering, transportation and the distribution according to the requested legitimate face.
• The price of sacrifice is calculated before through the Islamic Bank of Development, which includes the price of slaughtered animals, veterinary services and the process of slaughtering, refrigeration, transportation and distribution.
• The collected fees by credit cards will impose a percentage of every credit card purchase, and the prices of these animals will increase because of this imposed percentage on the credit card, but these fees do not go to the project, and it is not part of the sale price of sheep, but go to institutions that issue these cards and provide these services.
• The Islamic Development Bank, distributes the meat of "Al-Hadiy" and "Udhiya" in cooperation with relevant government agencies, and meet the needs of the poor of the Holy Mosque, and sends the surplus meat to the poor Muslims, and only the responsibility of Saudi Postal Corporation in the notice of the Islamic Bank of Development to represent the client and to identify the required ritual.
