Steps of making payments for postal services using ATM :

1. Select 'Bill Payment' from the main list then select 'Saudi Post' from the list of service providers. If it is not on the list select 'Others' and enter (021).

2. Select the service you need to pay for

3. Next, it will ask you to enter the account number (9 digits). You can get this number from any bill you have received from Saudi Post.

4. Finally, you will get a payment confirmation message.
