Saudi Post is the organization solely responsible for the provision of postal services for every individual, private, or public organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To better facilitate the needs of its customers, as well as cope with the ever-increasing demands, Saudi Post is undergoing a huge modernization process aiming at providing world-class services to its customers while at the same time becoming the leading, most agile organization in the Kingdom. Saudi Post aims to offer comprehensive, seamless and self –provisioned services to Saudi Post customers. These services were envisioned and conceptualized through a tight partnership with Microsoft. Microsoft has taken on this bold goal to empower the Saudi Post to achieve this objective. 

 
The objective of this project is to provide a scalable state-of-the-art email solution that provides every Wasel Subscriber with their own personal email account that is tightly integrated into the various e-services provided through the Portal. The Portal will give every subscriber their own personalized account and space that they can access via secure web and mobile interfaces. Through its personalized interface, the user will be able to subscribe to and interact with many Saudi Post services such as WASEL e-services, Express Mail Services (EMS), Parcel Services, Normal Mailbox Renewal Services, Print-on-Demand E-letters, E-Telegrams and E-Postcards. The system will establish a framework that provides the flexibility and ease needed for building and expanding for future services.
