Introduction

In addition to the current communication with customers through SMS messages, such as reminding them when their registrations expire or informing them of the status of their mail, many of our other postal services can also be accessed and operated using SMS messages. There is no need to subscribe to the Post Mobile Service as it is available to every one.


Post Mobile is a modern and easy way to communicate with, and be connected to, the Saudi Post at all times. It provides the same services to EMS, Wasel and Postal boxes subscribers.

 Post Mobile Services: 

  1. Track and Trace for Express Mail : a service for inquiring into the current status of an item of mail. Previously this service was only available through the website or free phone number but is now available through SMS messages too. 
  2. Track and Trace for Postal Parcels: a service that lets you trace postal parcels simply by entering the postal parcel number. 
  3. Wasel Pickup Service : a service requesting mail to be picked up from your Wasel box. As soon as you put the item of mail you wish to send in your Wasel box you can send an SMS message informing us we have a collection. You will receive an SMS message informing you that your request has been received, as well as another when it is collected and again when it is delivered. Previously this service was only available through the website or free phone number but is now available through SMS messages too. 
  4. Query Invoice Service: this service lets you know the amount of your current invoice using your subscription number. 
  5. Query Subscription Service: this service allows you to find out information about your subscription by entering your subscription number. 
  6. Query Address Service: this service lets you to find an address by entering your building number. 
  7. Activating and Stopping Wasel Services: allows you to activate or stop Wasel services by entering the building number. Wasel services are: (Sader Wasel or Wasel Pickup - P.O. Box Transfer - Temporary SafeKeeping - Delivery with E-Stamp - Temporary Forwarding).
How to get the service

Send an SMS containing the specific Service Code and additional information required to the number listed immediately below corresponding to your service provider. The Service Codes and additional information can be found in the tables below:
