Introduction:

Saudi Post | SPL is keen to provide postal services and products that meet customers' expectations and aspirations and to be the logistics arm of the Kingdom to make it a global logistics center according to the 2030 Vision.

 

and it is achieved through the following goals:

  • Committing to the international standard (Quality Management System: ISO 9001:2015) to ensure meeting customers' needs and expectations continuously.
  • Working within effective work actions to maintain a quality management system in all of our processes and make it clear that total quality is everyone's responsibility.
  • Spread adequate quality awareness among the corporate employees.
  • Committing to the delivery of this policy to all SPL employees.
